Flowchart: Alternate Process: LAW 26
1 If the Withdrawn call referred to a natural suit then;-
(a) If that suit was specified by the offender then LAW 26 A 1. No lead penalty.
(b))If that suit was not specified by the offender then;-
LAW 26 A 2 declarer can require or forbid that suit when offenders partner first has the lead, and for as long as he retaims the lead,
2. For forbidden calls not relating to a specific suit ( e.g. No Trumps) then;-
LAW 26 B declarer can pick any suit when offenders partner first has the lead and prohibit him from leading it until he loses the lead.
